If synced to a corporate exchange account, the availability of this option depends on the policies of your IT admin.<\/div><\/div>

Steps<\/div><\/h2>
  1. Open the

  2. Navigate:
    Security and privacy<\/div><\/span>
    Lock screen<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
  3. Enter the current PIN, password or pattern.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
  4. Tap
    Face recognition<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
  5. Do one of the following:<\/div><\/span>
    • For first\u002Dtime setup:
      1. From the Face recognition screen, review the info then tap
        Continue<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/li>
      2. Tap
        Register<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/li>
      3. While holding the phone 8\u002D20 inches away, position your face within the circle displayed onscreen.<\/div><\/li>
      4. When prompted, tilt your head up.<\/div><\/li>
      5. If wearing glasses, remove them when prompted then tap
        Continue<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/li>
      6. From the Face recognition menu, tap any of the switches to turn on or off (e.g., Face unlock, Stay on Lock screen until swipe, etc.).<\/div><\/li><\/div><\/ol> <\/div><\/li>
      7. To remove face data:
        1. From the Face recognition menu, tap
          Remove face data<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/li>
        2. To confirm, review the disclaimer then tap
