These examples help you identify physical or liquid damage that could affect the performance of your Galaxy DuraForce PRO 3.<\/div><\/div>

Before you begin<\/div><\/h2>
Prepaid service customers<\/div><\/b>: Visit a ɧ»¢ÊÓÆµ store<\/a> to order warranty replacements. Orders for prepaid warranty issues can\x27t be processed via Customer Service.<\/div><\/div>
Standard service customers<\/div><\/b>: If you need to replace your device under warranty and the device has unreasonable wear and tear or any of the following, you could be assessed a damaged device fee<\/a>.<\/div><\/div> <\/div><\/section><\/div> <\/div> <\/div>

Liquid or Corrosion Evidence<\/div><\/h2>
  1. To identify if your device has water damage, check for:<\/div><\/span>
    • corrosion, discoloration, or fuzzy growth on the charging or SIM ports.<\/div><\/li>
    • moisture under the display screen.<\/div><\/li>
    • Liquid Detection Indicator (LDI) \/ Liquid Contact Indicator (LCI) is activated.
      Kyocera uses a white field to indicate a device that has had no liquid contact. When the indicator comes in contact with liquid, the field becomes red.<\/div><\/div>

      The LDI is located above the battery. To view the LDI, remove the back cover from the device.

      1. View the following ports using a bright light and magnifier if possible:<\/div><\/span>
        • USB \/ Charging: Examples of charging port damage include but are not limited to:
          • Port is loose or wiggles<\/div><\/li>
          • Bent<\/div><\/li>
          • Corrosion<\/div><\/li><\/div><\/ul><\/div><\/li>
          • SIM Tray<\/div><\/li><\/div><\/ul> <\/div><\/div><\/div><\/li><\/div><\/ol><\/div> <\/div> <\/div> <\/div>

            Display Issues or Damaged Buttons \/ Camera<\/div><\/h2>
            1. Examples of screen damage \/ button issues include but are not limited to:<\/div><\/span>
              • Display<\/div><\/b>: Examples of display issues include but are not limited to solid line(s) present across the screen, bleeding display, punctures, cracks or excessive scratches.<\/div><\/li>
              • Separation<\/div><\/b>: Examples of separation include but are not limited to lens or housing separating from device frame.<\/div><\/li>
              • Missing physical buttons<\/div><\/b>: Volume, Power \/ Side button missing or damaged.<\/div><\/li>
              • Warping<\/div><\/b>: Device or screen won\x27t lay flat.<\/div><\/li>
              • Pixel Deformities<\/div><\/b>: Caused by physical impact to screen or device.<\/div><\/li>
