Here\x27s how to set up a personal \/ corporate email account on your TAB 8 Plus.<\/div><\/div>

Add a Personal Email Account<\/div><\/h2>
From a Home screen, swipe up to access all apps.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
Navigate:
Settings $\x22Settings$ <\/div><\/span>
Accounts<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
Tap
Add account<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
Tap one of the following:<\/div><\/span>

Check with your email provider or Exchange \/ IT admin to determine which account type to use.<\/div><\/div> <\/div><\/div>
Personal (IMAP)<\/div><\/li>
Personal (POP3)<\/div><\/li><\/div><\/ul><\/div><\/li>
Enter the Email address then tap
NEXT<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span>

Depending upon the email account type, the available options may vary.<\/div><\/div> <\/div><\/div><\/div><\/li>
Enter the Password then tap
Sign in<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
If presented with \x27Allow the Gmail app access to\x27, review then tap
Agree<\/div><\/span> to continue.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
If presented with Terms \x26 Conditions or a Privacy statement, review then tap
Yes<\/div><\/span> to continue.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
If presented, enter the appropriate info (e.g., Username, Password, Security type, etc.) then tap
NEXT<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span>

If presented, tap
Advanced<\/div><\/span> to ensure the certificate is valid then tap
PROCEED ANYWAY<\/div><\/span> to continue.<\/div><\/div> <\/div><\/div><\/div><\/li>
If presented, enter the appropriate info (e.g., SMTP server, Port, Security type, etc.) then tap
NEXT<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span>

If presented, tap
Advanced<\/div><\/span> to ensure the certificate is valid then tap
PROCEED ANYWAY<\/div><\/span> to continue.<\/div><\/div>
If you\x27re not sure what your server info is, here are some common personal email server addresses<\/a>. Contact your email provider if additional assistance is needed or your server info isn\x27t listed.<\/div><\/div> <\/div><\/div><\/div><\/li>
Configure account options as appropriate then tap

Enter an account name if desired then tap

Enter the Email address then tap

If the setup is unsuccessful, tap

Activate device administration
