Here\x27s how to turn permissions for installed apps on your TCL TAB Disney Edition 2 on or off.<\/div><\/div>
  • Downloaded apps designed for Androidâ„¢<\/span> only ask for permission the first time you use a feature rather than asking for permissions out of context.<\/div><\/li>
  • Turning off certain permissions may result in basic features no longer working as intended.<\/div><\/li><\/div><\/ul><\/div><\/div> <\/div><\/section>
    1. From a Home screen, swipe up to access the apps screen.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
    2. Navigate:
      Settings \x22Settings<\/div><\/span>
      Apps<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
    3. If necessary, tap
      View all \x27xx\x27 apps<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
    4. If displayed, tap the
      dropdown menu<\/div><\/span> \x22dropdown at the top then select
      ALL APPS<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span>
      If system apps aren\x27t visible, tap the
      Menu icon<\/div><\/span> \x22Menu (upper\u002Dright) then tap
      Show system<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/div> <\/div><\/div><\/div><\/li>
    5. Tap the appropriate app.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
    6. If available, tap
      Permissions <\/div><\/span> then do one of the following:<\/div><\/span>
      • To allow an app permission:
        1. From the \x27Not allowed\x27 section, tap an available permission (e.g., Contacts, Location, etc.).<\/div><\/li>
        2. Tap
          Allow only while using the app<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/li>
        3. Tap the
          Back icon<\/div><\/span> \x22Back (upper\u002Dleft) to return to App permissions.<\/div><\/li><\/div><\/ol> <\/div><\/li>
        4. To deny an app permission:
          1. From the \x27Allowed\x27 section, tap an available permission (e.g., Contacts, Location, etc.).<\/div><\/li>
          2. Tap
            Don\x27t allow<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/li>
          3. Tap the
