Follow these steps to correct error messages that may occur when attempting to validate your mobile number during Call\u002DThrough setup in the One Talk mobile app.<\/div><\/div>

Before you begin<\/div><\/h2>
The instructions below will help if you experience error messages at the following screen while setting up Call\u002DThrough:

Generic error messages (e.g., An error occurred, please try again later, etc.)<\/div><\/h2>
  1. Ensure the entered number was the native phone number of the device on which the app is installed and not the One Talk number.<\/div><\/span>
    If the number entered was not the One Talk number, continue to step 2.<\/div><\/div> <\/div><\/div><\/div><\/li>
  2. Close the
    One Talk app<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
  3. Turn off Wi\u002DFi on your device.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
  4. Ensure your device is receiving strong cellular signal.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
  5. Open the
    One Talk app<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
  6. Tap the
    3\u002Dline Menu<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
  7. Tap the
    Calling mode switch<\/div><\/span> at the center of the screen to turn Call\u002DThrough on and reattempt setup.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li><\/div><\/ol><\/div> <\/div> <\/div> <\/div>

    Error: Call\u002DThrough is unavailable at this time<\/div><\/h2>
    This error can occur if Call\u002DThrough was not turned off before changing devices or reinstalling the One Talk app.<\/div><\/div> <\/div><\/section>
    1. Install the
      One Talk app<\/div><\/span> on a different device.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
    2. Open the app then tap the
      3\u002Dline Menu<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
    3. Tap
      Settings<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
    4. Navigate:
      Calling<\/div><\/span>
      Call\u002DThrough<\/div><\/span>
      Manage Call\u002DThrough Numbers<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
    5. Tap the
      Delete icon<\/div><\/span> next to the phone number for the device you want to remove.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
    6. Close the
      One Talk app<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
    7. On the device you want to use for Call\u002DThrough, reopen the app then tap the
