Your Pixel 8a lets you organize your contacts based on your preference by merging the details of multiple entries or separating them.<\/div><\/div>

Before you begin<\/div><\/h2>

The Contacts app uses an intelligent merge feature to combine contact info from various sources (e.g., Gmail™<\/span>, Facebook®<\/span>, etc.). To correct contact info joined in error, you can edit, delete, or undo changes to contacts.<\/div><\/div> <\/div><\/section><\/div> <\/div> <\/div>

Link Contacts<\/div><\/h2>

Open the

Contacts app<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>

Navigate:

Organize<\/div><\/span>

Merge \x26 fix<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>

Tap

Keep contacts up to date<\/div><\/span>Ìý´Ç°ù

Merge duplicates<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span>

Option won\x27t be listed if there are no contacts to link.<\/div><\/div> <\/div><\/div><\/div><\/li>

Review the contact info then tap

Accept<\/div><\/span> or

Merge<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span>

To skip linking suggestion, tap

Dismiss<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/div> <\/div><\/div><\/div><\/li><\/div><\/ol><\/div> <\/div> <\/div> <\/div>

Undo Changes to Contacts<\/div><\/h2>

Open the
Contacts app<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
Tap the
Switch account icon<\/div><\/span> then tap
Contacts settings<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
From the Manage Contacts section, tap
Undo changes<\/div><\/span> then select a time frame (e.g., 10 min ago, 1 hr ago, yesterday, etc.):<\/div><\/span>
The option you select reverts all contacts changed within that time frame.<\/div><\/div> <\/div><\/div><\/div><\/li>
Tap
Confirm<\/div><\/span> then tap
OK<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li><\/div><\/ol><\/div> <\/div> <\/div> <\/div>
