Insert the SIM tool into the hole next to the tray to pop out the tray then do one of the following:<\/div><\/span>
To insert an SD \/ memory card, ensure the gold contacts are facing down.

To remove an SD \/ memory card, insert the tool into the hole on the back of the tray to pop out the card.
