Tap
Force stop<\/div><\/span> then tap
OK<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/li>
Select
Storage \x26 cache<\/div><\/span> and tap
Clear storage<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/li>
Tap
Delete<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/li><\/div><\/ol> <\/div><\/li>
To reset all app preferences:
