With an eSIM, your phone number and plan are installed digitally onto your TCL smartphone instead of using a physical SIM card. Downloading an eSIM profile is the first step in getting connected to the ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ network.<\/div><\/div>

Before you begin<\/div><\/h2>

Check that your device is eSIM (embedded SIM) capable, open the

Settings app<\/div><\/span> ³Ù³ó±ð²ÔÌý²Ô²¹±¹¾±²µ²¹³Ù±ð:

Status<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/span> to view IMEI (SIM slot 2).<\/div><\/div>

Make sure you are using a ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ\u002Dbranded or unlocked device. Non\u002Dɧ»¢ÊÓƵ (BYOD) Prepaid devices don’t support eSIM activation.<\/div><\/div>

Ensure your device is running the most current software and that you’re connected to the ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ network or Wi\u002DFi.<\/div><\/div>

If traveling abroad, activate your eSIM prior to your trip, as it requires the ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ coverage<\/a> to complete setup.<\/div><\/div> <\/div><\/section><\/div> <\/div> <\/div>

Steps<\/div><\/h2>

Open the

Navigate:
Network \x26 internet<\/div><\/span>
Add SIM<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
Tap
Download a new eSIM<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
Do one of the following:<\/div><\/span>
If an eSIM profile is found:
Tap
Download<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/li>
Tap
Close<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/li><\/div><\/ol> <\/div><\/li>
If no eSIM profile is found:
When Confirm your network displays, tap the appropriate network name that appears or tap
Use a different network<\/div><\/span>.
If prompted to contact the network carrier, tap
Done<\/div><\/span> and start over on step 2.<\/div><\/div> <\/div><\/div><\/div><\/li>
If prompted for a QR code, scan the image below using your device\x27s camera.

If prompted, tap

After the profile has been added, tap
