Firmware updates improve performance, fix bugs and enhance security. Installing them helps keep your Orbic®<\/span> SPEED X 5G safe and running efficiently.<\/div><\/div>

Steps<\/div><\/h2>

Do either of the following:<\/div><\/span>
To check for updates via the device:
From the Home screen, tap
Menu<\/div><\/span>.
If necessary, press the
Power button<\/div><\/span> to turn on the display.<\/div><\/div> <\/div><\/div><\/div><\/li>
Tap
Software Update<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/li>
If an update is available, do the following:
Tap
OK<\/div><\/span> to begin the download then allow several minutes for the download to complete.<\/div><\/li>
When presented, tap
Install Now<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/li>
Review the message then tap
Yes<\/div><\/span> to confirm.<\/div><\/li><\/div><\/ol><\/div><\/li>
Tap
OK<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/li><\/div><\/ol> <\/div><\/li>
To check for updates via the Admin Web Interface:
Access the Admin Web Interface<\/a>.<\/div><\/li>
From the Settings section, click the
Arrow icon<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/li>
Click the
Software Update tab<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/li>
