A restart (soft reset) can resolve issues like continuous resetting, rebooting, device crashing, freezing, won\x27t ring or vibrate, can\x27t make or receive calls, device locks up and screen doesn\x27t respond.<\/div><\/div> <\/div><\/section>
  1. From the watch screen, press and hold the
    Power button<\/div><\/span> and
    Back button<\/div><\/span> until the \x27Power off\x27 icon appears (approximately 3 seconds) then release.<\/div><\/span>
    If the device is unresponsive, simultaneously press and hold the
    Power button<\/div><\/span> and
    Back button<\/div><\/span> until the Samsung Galaxy screen appears (approximately 10 seconds) then release..<\/div><\/div>
