Liquid or Corrosion Evidence<\/div><\/h2>
  1. To identify if your device has water damage, check for:<\/div><\/span>
    • corrosion, discoloration, or fuzzy growth on the charging or SIM ports.<\/div><\/li>
    • moisture under the display screen.<\/div><\/li>
    • Liquid Detection Indicator (LDI) \/ Liquid Contact Indicator (LCI) is activated.
      • TCL uses a white field with pink or red \x22X\x22 marks to indicate a device that has had no liquid contact. When the indicator comes in contact with liquid, the \x22X\x22 marks become pink or red smudge marks across the white field. <\/div><\/li>

            • Corrosion<\/div><\/li><\/div><\/ul><\/div><\/li>

              Display Issues or Damaged Buttons \/ Camera<\/div><\/h2>
              1. Examples of screen damage \/ button issues include but are not limited to:<\/div><\/span>
                • Display<\/div><\/b>: Examples of display issues include but are not limited to solid line(s) present across the screen, bleeding display, punctures, cracks or excessive scratches.<\/div><\/li>
                • Separation<\/div><\/b>: Examples of separation include but are not limited to lens or housing separating from device frame.<\/div><\/li>
                • Missing physical buttons<\/div><\/b>: Volume, Power \/ Side button missing or damaged.<\/div><\/li>
