Use facial recognition on your Galaxy Tab S10 FE 5G to secure your device and personal info. If you decide to switch methods, you can delete your face data anytime.<\/div><\/div>

Steps<\/div><\/h2>
  1. Open the

    Screen lock and biometrics<\/div><\/span>

  3. Enter the current PIN, password or pattern.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
  4. Do any of the following:<\/div><\/span>
    • For first\u002Dtime setup:
      1. Review the Face recognition message then tap
        Continue<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/li>
      2. If presented, review the instructions then tap
        Continue<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/li>
      3. Review the instructions then tap
        Register<\/div><\/span> to begin.<\/div><\/li>
      4. While holding the phone 8\u002D20 inches away, position your face within the circle shown onscreen.<\/div><\/li>
      5. If prompted, remove your glasses then tap
        Continue<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/li>
      6. From the Face recognition menu, tap any of the switches to turn on or off (e.g., Face unlock, Require open eyes, etc.).<\/div><\/li><\/div><\/ol> <\/div><\/li>
      7. To add another recognized face:
        1. Tap
          Add alternative appearance to enhance recognition<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/li>
        2. While holding the phone 8\u002D20 inches away, position your face within the square shown onscreen.<\/div><\/li><\/div><\/ol> <\/div><\/li>
        3. To remove face data:
          1. From the Face recognition menu, tap
            Remove face data<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/li>
          2. To confirm, review the disclaimer then tap
