Use My ɧ��Ƶ or the Call Filter app to edit how your name displays on someone else\x27s Caller ID.<\/div><\/div>

Before you begin<\/div><\/h2>

Share Name ID changes or updates can\x27t be completed if you currently have another account change pending. Requests can take up to 24 hours to process.<\/div><\/div>
Share Name ID<\/a> info displays when calling another carrier that is using the service. ɧ��Ƶ can\x27t guarantee the Share Name ID displays on all outgoing calls because:
Other carriers may not support it.<\/div><\/li>
If the phone number is already programmed into the call recipient\x27s phone with a name, Share Name ID can\x27t override that name.<\/div><\/li><\/div><\/ul><\/div><\/div>
If the Share Name ID isn\x27t showing up correctly after an update request has been completed, the person receiving the call may need to contact their service provider for support.<\/div><\/div> <\/div><\/section><\/div> <\/div> <\/div>

Configure from a Computer<\/div><\/h2>
From a web browser, sign in to �Ѳ��ձ��ǲ�<\/a> as an Account Owner or Account Manager.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
From the �Ѳ��ձ��ǲ� Home page, select
Manage device<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
Select
Settings \x26 Preferences<\/div><\/span> then select
Share Name ID<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
Select the line you want to manage.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
Select an option (the mobile number, the account name, or Create your own Share Name ID) to appear when the call is placed.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
Accept the Terms \x26 Conditions then select
Save<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li><\/div><\/ol><\/div> <\/div> <\/div> <\/div>

Configure from the My ɧ��Ƶ App<\/div><\/h2>
Open the
My ɧ��Ƶ app<\/div><\/span> from an Account Owner or Account Manager device.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
Tap the
Mobile tab<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
From the Mobile links section, tap
Manage devices<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
Tap

Navigate:

Edit profile<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
Tap
Edit<\/div><\/span> next to the profile name.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
Enter the preferred name or select
Don\x27t show a name<\/div><\/span> to show the phone number instead.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
Tap
