A blocked SIM can stop your Apple®<\/span> iPad®<\/span> from working. If you\x27ve forgotten your SIM PIN and have been locked out, follow these instructions to unlock it.<\/div><\/div>

For Postpaid accounts, you must obtain the PUK via the My ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ website<\/a> before proceeding.<\/div><\/div>

Steps<\/div><\/h2>

If powered on, restart<\/a> your device.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
From the SIM is locked screen, enter the SIM PIN then tap
OK<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span>
