Here\x27s how to download and set up ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ Cloud on your Mac.<\/div><\/div>

Learn how to download and access the ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ Cloud desktop app to transfer content (e.g., pictures, videos, etc.) between your Mac®<\/span> computer and your ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ Cloud storage.<\/div><\/div>

The ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ Cloud desktop app is only compatible with macOS Mojave (10.14) or greater. Alternatively, use the ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ Cloud website<\/a> to download media.<\/div><\/div> <\/div><\/section>

From the download page, click
Download<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span>
Depending on your computer \/ browser settings, the file may be saved automatically in your Downloads directory or you can specify a location.<\/div><\/div> <\/div><\/div><\/div><\/li>
From the \x27Downloads\x27 location, open
mac\u002Dvzcloud\u002Dinstall.pkg<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
Click
Continue<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
If desired, select the install location (if you want the Cloud desktop app to be installed in a specific location) then click

Click

Allow a few minutes for the application to install.<\/div><\/div> <\/div><\/div><\/div><\/li>
If prompted, enter your computer\x27s username and password.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
From the \x27System Extension Blocked\x27 message, do the following:<\/div><\/span>
Without performing these steps, the ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ Cloud app will not start and will result in a \x27Starting ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ Cloud\x27 screen.<\/div><\/div> <\/div><\/div>
If using Mac OS version less than Ventura:
Click
Open System Preferences<\/div><\/span> then click
Security \x26 Privacy<\/div><\/span>.
If you click \x27OK\x27 to close the message, navigate:

If necessary, click the

At the bottom of the General tab, click

Click the
Privacy tab<\/div><\/span>, scroll down and select
Full Disk Access<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/li>
Ensure ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ Cloud Extension is on .<\/div><\/li>
Click the
lock icon<\/div><\/span> again to lock the preference pane.<\/div><\/li><\/div><\/ol> <\/div><\/li>
If using Mac OS version Ventura or greater:
Click
Open System Settings<\/div><\/span> then click
Privacy \x26 Security<\/div><\/span>.
If you click \x27OK\x27 to close the message, navigate:

In the Security section, click

Use Touch ID or enter your computer’s username and administrator password to unlock Privacy \x26 Security settings.<\/div><\/li>
Click

Scroll up, click

When the setup wizard has completed the installation, click
