We know sometimes things change. Whether you¡¯re looking to move, cut costs, or simply pause (suspend) your Fios service, ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ has the solution for you.

If you'll be out of town anywhere from 30 days to 9 months, no need to cancel. You can suspend your ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ services instead.

Sign in to My ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ to make changes to your account or explore other service options.  You can easily make the changes online.

If you disconnect your Fios service while you are under contract, you may be charged an early termination fee.

The early termination fee is prorated. As time passes, you'll pay less to terminate Fios service. Early termination fees can cost a maximum of $350 and decrease by $15 per month.

You remain enrolled in Auto Pay and Paper-Free Billing until your final payment.

After you terminate Fios service, allow up to 60 days for us to process and return your credit balance.

We¡¯re sorry to see you go. If you need to disconnect your ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ Fios service you can either:

• Call us Monday ¨C Friday, 8 AM-7 PM ET, or Saturday, 8 AM-5 PM ET, at 1-800-VERIZON (800-837-4966). Remember to have your account information on hand.
• Disconnect using My ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ* by either:
  • Choosing Disconnect Service on the My ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ Account Dashboard.
  • Choosing Disconnect Service on the My ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ Account Settings page.
  • Signing in to and tapping Chat
    • Type ¡°Cancel¡± in the Ask a question box.
    • Follow the prompts to disconnect a line or chat with a live agent.

*Exception: Disconnecting online? is available to customers with Fios services (i.e., Fios Home Internet, Fios Home Phone, Fios TV) only. Those with other home services? (e.g., High Speed Internet, DSL, etc. ) must contact Customer Service to disconnect.

Yes. If you¡¯re renting equipment from ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ, it must be returned within 30 days of disconnecting your service to avoid an unreturned equipment charge.

After we¡¯ve disconnected Fios service, you can still sign in to to:

• Check status.
• Learn what to expect with your final bill.
• Track the status of pending refunds.
• Make sure we¡¯ve received your equipment return.
