How much does Premium Technical Support cost and are subscriptions available?

- As low as $10.00 per month for unlimited technical support requests
- $89.99 per incident on an as-needed basis
Choose the option that is right for you. The monthly subscription includes a 10-month minimum commitment, thereafter you will be billed month-to-month and can cancel at any time. A $59.99 early termination fee will be charged if you cancel your monthly subscription before the conclusion of the 10-month minimum commitment.
Is there a minimum commitment with a ɧ»¢ÊÓÆµ Premium Technical Support subscription?
The month-to-month unlimited subscription includes a 10-month minimum commitment. If you cancel ɧ»¢ÊÓÆµ Premium Technical Support service anytime during the first ten months of service you will incur an early termination fee. Once you have completed the 10-month minimum commitment, service will continue on a month-to-month basis.
Is there a penalty for canceling my ɧ»¢ÊÓÆµ Premium Technical Support subscription?
An early termination fee will be assessed only if you cancel your ɧ»¢ÊÓÆµ Premium Technical Support subscription during the first ten (10) months of service. No penalties will be assessed following the 10-month minimum commitment period.
