ɧ»¢ÊÓÆµ offers a number of products and services that you may be using, with or without an existing Mobile or Home account. To access, delete or correct personal information we have collected related to your use of other products or services, please follow the instructions below.
Individual products and services
Care Smart
If you are a current customer, you can use the Care Smart app to submit a request to access, delete or correct personal information. From the Care Smart app dashboard, select Profile, then select Help, Terms & Privacy, then selectÌýTerms & Privacy, and then select State privacy rights.
If you are a former customer, you can request to access, delete or correct personal information by submitting a privacy inquiry form. Please select I am a ɧ»¢ÊÓÆµ customer that uses or used a different product or service and then select Care Smart from the dropdown list.
If you have used Get Help - Professional Monitoring service provided by Viiz Communications, you can submit a request to access, delete or correct personal information by emailing contact@viiz.com or calling 1-855-937-8449.Ìý
Connected Car Wi-Fi and Vehicle App
If you are a current or former customer of Connected Car Wi-Fi powered by ɧ»¢ÊÓÆµ and you use or used this service in an Audi or Porsche vehicle, you can request to access, delete or correct personal information by submitting a privacy inquiry form. Please select I am a ɧ»¢ÊÓÆµ customer that uses or used a different product or service and then select Connected Car Wi-Fi from the dropdown list.
All other current Connected Car Wi-Fi and Vehicle App users may submit a request to access personal information by visiting the ɧ»¢ÊÓÆµ Privacy Dashboard and logging in with their Mobile account credentials. These customers may submit a request to delete or correct personal information by submitting a privacy inquiry form. Former users may submit access, deletion and correction requests through the privacy inquiry form. Please select I am a ɧ»¢ÊÓÆµ customer that uses or used a different product or service and then select Connected Car Wi-Fi from the dropdown list.

Gizmo
If you are a current customer, you can use the GizmoHub app to request to access or correct personal information. From the GizmoHub app dashboard, select More, then select Terms & privacy, and then select State privacy rights. Gizmo only keeps personal information that is necessary to provide the Gizmo service, maintain your account and for other purposes allowable under law such as tax, legal and security purposes. If you would like to delete all personal data stored with Gizmo you will need to delete your Gizmo account in the GizmoHub app. From the GizmoHub app dashboard, select More, then select Terms & privacy, and then select State privacy rights. You can also delete certain personal data, such as your messages and photos or videos held in cloud backup, directly in the app.
If you are a former customer, you can request to access, delete or correct personal information by submitting a privacy inquiry form. Please select I am a ɧ»¢ÊÓÆµ customer that uses or used a different product or service and then select Gizmo from the dropdown list.
If you are under 18 years of age, you can submit a request to access personal information by calling 1-800-333-3972 or using the privacy inquiry form.
MCI
If you are a current customer that is directly billed by MCI, you can request to access, delete or correct personal information by signing in to your account. If you are a former customer, please call MCI at 1-800-444-3333 to submit a privacy request.
Small Business Digital Ready
Small Business Digital Ready users can request to access, delete or correct personal information by submitting a privacy inquiry form.Please select I am a ɧ»¢ÊÓÆµ customer that uses or used a different product or serviceÌýand select Small Business Digital ReadyÌýfrom the dropdown list.
ɧ»¢ÊÓÆµ Cloud
You can request access to personal information for ɧ»¢ÊÓÆµ Cloud by signing in to the ɧ»¢ÊÓÆµ Privacy Dashboard with your Mobile, Home, or ɧ»¢ÊÓÆµ account credentials.Ìý
ɧ»¢ÊÓÆµ does not have information associated with your account that can be deleted or corrected. All information we have collected about you is only maintained for as long as required for business, accounting, tax and legal purposes. Information that you have voluntarily added to ɧ»¢ÊÓÆµ Cloud can be corrected or deleted in the app.
ɧ»¢ÊÓÆµ Community
If you are a member of the ɧ»¢ÊÓÆµ Community site, you can sign in to your profile directly from the ɧ»¢ÊÓÆµ Community website using your Community or ɧ»¢ÊÓÆµ Member credentials. You can follow these to use your account settings to access, delete or correct personal information.
If you are a former ɧ»¢ÊÓÆµ Community member, you can request to access, delete or correct personal information by submitting a privacy inquiry form. Please select I am a ɧ»¢ÊÓÆµ customer that uses or used a different product or service and then select ɧ»¢ÊÓÆµ Community from the dropdown list.
ɧ»¢ÊÓÆµ Family
You can submit a privacy request by visiting the ɧ»¢ÊÓÆµ Privacy Dashboard and logging in with your Mobile or Family account credentials.ÌýIf you are a current customer, please select I have a Mobile or Home account. If you are a former customer, please select I previously had a ɧ»¢ÊÓÆµ account.
If you are under 18 years of age, you can submit a request to access personal information by calling 1-800-333-3972 or using the privacy inquiry form. If you can access ɧ»¢ÊÓÆµ Family only on your smartwatch, you can also submit a request to access personal information through the privacy inquiry form. Please select I am a ɧ»¢ÊÓÆµ customer that uses or used a different product or service and then select ɧ»¢ÊÓÆµ Family from the dropdown list.
Information you have voluntarily added to ɧ»¢ÊÓÆµ Family can be corrected or deleted in the app or by unsubscribing from the ɧ»¢ÊÓÆµ Family service. ɧ»¢ÊÓÆµ does not have any other information associated with your ɧ»¢ÊÓÆµ Family account that can be deleted or corrected. All information we have collected about you is only maintained for as long as required for business, accounting, tax and legal purposes.

If you are a Digital Secure customer and you do not have a ɧ»¢ÊÓÆµ wireless account, or you are a current or former Identity Secure customer, you can request to access personal information by submitting a privacy inquiry form. Information that you have voluntarily added to the app can be corrected or deleted in the app, or you can delete all personal information held by ɧ»¢ÊÓÆµ Protect by deleting the app from your device. ɧ»¢ÊÓÆµ does not have any other information associated with your ɧ»¢ÊÓÆµ Protect account that can be deleted or corrected. All information we have collected about you is only maintained for as long as required for business, accounting, tax and legal purposes.
