• Featured Venues - Explore more Select Seats at other locations, including Madison Square Garden properties (i.e., Radio City Music Hall, Madison Square Garden, Madison Square Garden Theater, The Sphere, Chicago Theater, and Beacon Theatre [NY].).
• Survey - Provide feedback on myAccess and the offers you receive and express your personal preferences. This lets us continue to enhance and personalize your experience.

You're eligible if you have a standard mobile account and meet all these requirements:

• Are 18 or over.
• Have a smartphone on an active standard monthly ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ mobile phone account in good standing.
• Are a resident of the US (excluding the territories of Guam, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands).

Important:

As a ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ customer, you'll have the chance to try to claim tickets to select games in 11 host cities through ticket drops on the myAccess portal. There will also be a "Golden Ticket" sweepstakes that will launch in November and gives customers the chance to win exclusive, pitch-side access for each US match.

Ticket drops will be available through myAccess, beginning on October 2 and concluding on October 13. On October 2, tickets will be released for each host city. From October 3 to October 13, there will be one ticket drop per day, with each daily drop featuring a new city. Additional drops are scheduled to continue throughout 2026.

• October 2nd Ticket Drop:
  • The ticket drop starts at 9:00 AM EST.
  • There will be hourly ticket drops for all 11 host cities.
• October 3rd - 13th Ticket Drops:
  • The ticket drop starts at 2:00 PM EST each day.

We'll keep you informed through several channels:

• You'll see countdown timers on the myAccess carousel tiles 24 hours before a drop.
• We'll send an awareness email to all eligible myAccess customers on September 29th.
• You can check our social media accounts and look for announcements on our website.
• Retail stores will have a QR code you can scan to get info and download the myAccess app.

All ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ postpaid customers, including Fios-only customers, are eligible.

This is a special sweepstakes where you can enter for a chance to win "Golden Tickets" to watch the portions of FIFA World Cup matches from the pitch for the first time ever. The sweepstakes are separate from the ticket drops and will provide the winners access to select matches hosted by the US. The "Golden Ticket" sweeps are planned for November.
