You can add or change your bill payment method in My ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ.

If you can't edit a payment method for security reasons (e.g., a credit card's numbers can't be changed), you can delete the old payment method:

1. Sign in to the My ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ page.
2. Select the arrow next to the method you need to remove.
3. ³§±ð±ô±ð³¦³ÙÌýRemove.
4. Select Save.

It can take up to 15 minutes for your change to appear.

Note: If you agreed to the Backup Payment Agreement when you placed your order, you agreed to have us store your credit/debit card information to use in the event your account enters Final Bill Default. This encrypted information can't be viewed or deleted.

• Confirm open hours before visiting a location.
• Non-ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ locations may charge a fee up to $3 for accepting your payment.

There's no charge for making payments through My ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ, at a ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ store or when you dial #PMT from a mobile phone. However:

• There's a $10 Agent Assistance Fee when you pay by calling Customer Service.
• Non-ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ payment locations may charge a convenience fee up to $3.
• Check with your bank or card company to see if they charge a fee for processing the transaction.

You can save your credit/debit card and/or your bank account as your bill payment method(s) in My ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ. Online Banking option gives you an easier way to add and save your bank account information.

With Online Banking by Trustly, you don't need to register or enter your bank's account number, card number or routing numbers. Trustly uses the encryption in addition to your bank's online security.

Before you begin: Bank accounts can only be added when you have a balance due.

To add a bank account using Online Banking:

1. Go to your in My ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ.
2. °ä³ó´Ç´Ç²õ±ðÌý²õ±ð±ô±ð³¦³ÙÌýAdd a payment method, then Bank Account. Select your bank from the list provided.
3. Follow the prompts to sign in to your banking account with your bank account's username and password.
   • Note: ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ can't view your login information.
4. Click YES when you're asked to store the bank account information for future use. You'll get confirmation that the account was added.

You can mail payment to ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ by check or money order. Find your nearest payment mailing address for your ZIP code from the More options link at the bottom of the Contact Us page.

Note: A returned payment fee is charged for a returned check. The fee amount depends on your state:

• $20 in CO, CT, ID, IN, NY, UT
• $25 in AZ, CA, FL, IL, LA, MI, MO, NH, NV, OK, RI, WV
• $30 in all other states

If your account is disconnected you can pay your bill by signing in to My ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ with your user ID (your mobile number won't work). You can if you've forgotten it.

If you can't sign in or if your account is inactive, pay your bill by on our website. Enter your mobile number, last name and ZIP code. You can use this website for 6 months after disconnecting your account. After 6 months, use the website.

You may be able to set up a payment arrangement to keep your service active until you can pay your bill. You may be able to:

• Schedule an automatic payment(s) for when you'll have funds available.
• Promise to pay - Commit to a future date when you'll pay your bill. Then, pay us on that date.

Yes. If your bill:

• Is due or past due now or overdue already - You may be able to split your payments. Learn about payment arrangements.
• Isn't due yet - You can make pay in advance with a credit card or debit card:
  • You can pay up to $500 over the balance due.
  • Using the ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ Visa Card, you can earn 1% through the ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ Visa Card Rewards Program on your ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ purchases.

If we don't get your payment on or before the due date you're charged a late fee. The late fee is the greater of the following if allowed by law in the state of your billing address:

• Up to 5% of the unpaid balance; or
• A flat $7.

How long your refund takes depends on the payment method.

Maybe. If you're eligible to dispute a late fee, you'll see that option on the Bill Details page in .

After you make the request:

1. Our decision (approve or deny) appears right away (in My ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ).
2. If your request is approved, we apply a credit on your next bill.

We can't remove a late fee if:

• You're not the Account Owner or Account Manager.
• You've been with ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ for less than 2 years.
• This late fee was billed over 30 days ago.
• You've been credited for another late fee in the last 6 months.

Yes, you can sign in to and manually pay your bill.

Good to know: If needed, same-day payments can be canceled on your page. Up to 2 same-day bill pay cancellations are allowed in a 90-day period.
