When you need more time to pay your ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ mobile bill, you may be able to make an agreement to pay us after your bill's due date.

Setting up a payment arrangement:

• Lets us know you plan to take care of your bill
• Can keep your ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ mobile service from being interrupted
• Can keep collection activity on your account from starting

We offer 2 kinds of payment arrangements. Eligibility for each is based on your account’s history:

• Scheduled payment - Set a date in the future to pay. Choose a payment method, amount and date(s).
  • If eligible, the option to set 2 dates in the future may display.
• Promise to pay - This isn’t a payment. Instead, it’s a commitment that you’ll pay a certain amount on a day of your choice.
  • Doesn’t stop any late fees but can stop suspension due to non-payment if the full balance due is included. 

Here's an example. If your $100 bill is due tomorrow and you don't have enough money, you can visit My ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ or contact us to arrange to pay $100 next Friday. Or, you may be able to pay part of the bill today and the rest next Friday.

You must be the Account Owner or an Account Manager to set up a payment arrangement.

• Eligibility for payment arrangements is based on your account’s history.
• Payment arrangements are only available if an amount is due.
• You may be eligible for making up to 2 payments to pay the amount due.

Yes. You can set up a payment arrangement any time you have a balance on your account.

Before your bill due date: If you already know you can't pay all or some of your bill on time, avoid collections activity and service interruption by setting up a payment arrangement to pay the bill after the original due date.

After your bill due date: You can still set up a payment arrangement. If you pay after the due date, you'll still get late fees and may not avoid collections or service interruption.

Yes, when you set up a payment arrangement you're letting us know you're going to be late with payment and that you're taking care of the situation. That keeps you from having your account experience collection activity and from having your ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ mobile service interrupted.

Keep in mind, you need to make your payment on the payment agreement date to keep past due activity from starting on your account.

Yes, a fee for late payment is still charged to your account any time a past due balance is greater than $7.* A payment arrangement doesn't stop the late fee.

Good to know:

• A late payment fee can be charged to your account as early as the day after the original bill's due date.
• Late fee charges are charged at the rate of 5% of the balance that wasn't paid by the due date or $7 (whichever is greater) or as permitted by law.
  • For example, if your unpaid balance is $50, each month until you're current, a late fee of $7 is charged to your bill (since 5% of $50 is less than $7).

*In Arizona, the late fee is added if the balance is $10 or greater.

There's no charge to set up a payment arrangement through:

• My ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ app or website
• Any Bill Pay Kiosk at a ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ store
• ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ's Automated Phone System, by dialing #PMT on a mobile phone
  • Note: The ability to divide your balance into 2 payments isn't available by phone.

You will be charged an Agent Assistance Fee of $10 if you set up your payment arrangement:

• Over the phone through Customer Service
• With a Live Chat Representative

If your service was suspended for past due payments, we start your service again when we receive the full amount that's past due.

If you:

• Schedule a payment and the payment amount you scheduled will clear the past due balance - We restore your service. Good to know: This is based on payment history and isn't true for everyone.
• Made a promise to pay - When the payment(s) post to your account and we're sure the payment(s) clear the past due balance, we then restore your service.

Keep in mind: A $20 per line reconnection fee is charged to your next bill.

How much of an extension you can get to pay your balance is based on your account history. It's usually about 2 weeks past your original bill's due date.

The arrangements you can make depend on your account history. Your options display when you set up the arrangement online or in the My ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ app. You could be able to set up:

• 1 scheduled payment
• 2 scheduled payments (split payments)
• 1 promise to pay
• 2 promises to pay
• 1 scheduled payment and 1 promise to pay (in either order)

If you are eligible to in My ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ, you'll see a link to "Schedule payment arrangement" under the payment date. Follow the prompts to set up the arrangement.

Good to know: You see options to set up an arrangement only if an amount is due. If no armount is due, you won't see payment arrangement options in My ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ.

Or you can work with a Customer Service Representative or a Live Chat Representative, who can set up the payment arrangement for you, for a fee of $10.

After you're finished setting up the payment arrangement through My ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ, you get a text and/or an email that confirms your arrangement (based on your notification preferences).

You can also check to be sure your is set up in My ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ.

Depending on your account history, you may be able to cancel the entire payment arrangement and set up a new one with a different payment date or amount.

Keep in mind:

• Canceling or changing a payment arrangement could affect your ability to make another arrangement in the future.
• Not everyone can cancel and reschedule; it depends on your account history with us.
