• Second Number includes Unlimited Talk and Text in the US, Mexico and Canada.
• Data (for apps and internet) is provided by your primary ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ plan/number.

If you're shopping for a smartphone and want to use Second Number, the phone's primary SIM can be either a physical SIM or an eSIM. The phone must also have:

• At least 1 available SIM
• Dual SIM Dual Standby (DSDS) capability, enabled

You must be the Account Owner or an Account Manager to make changes to a Second Number plan.

Sign in to My ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ to manage your Second Number plan. Choose to:

• Move the Second Number plan and number to a different device.
• Change the phone number that's assigned to your Second Number plan.
• Visit How to disconnect a mobile line or close your mobile phone account FAQs to learn how to cancel your Second Number plan.

Just like with your primary line, for Second Number you can also:

• Add TravelPass
• Add services

Here’s what happens to your Second Number if you switch to a primary mobile plan that's not eligible for Second Number:

• Within a day, we notify you that your new plan is not eligible for Second Number.
• After 3 days, the Second Number line is disconnected.

If you temporarily suspend your primary ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ mobile number, Second Number will not be suspended at the same time. You can suspend Second Number as well if you want.

To disconnect* Second Number in My ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ:

1. Go to your page (in the My ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ app it's the Mobile tab).
2. Select the mobile line with Second Number.
3. Toggle off the Second Number Perk.

Important:

• If you disconnect Second Number, you lose that number and any services linked to it.
• You have until the end of the current billing cycle to reconnect Second Number, or it will be disconnected.
• You have a 45-day window after disconnecting to contact us to reclaim your number.
