Moving your ɧ»¢ÊÓÆµ Business Internet is simple and stress-free, and we're here to help.
If you would like to move your ɧ»¢ÊÓÆµ Business Internet, please call us at 1-800-922-0204. Please have your Mobile Device Number handy. This MDN will be on the welcome email you received when you ordered the service. You can also find it in the My ɧ»¢ÊÓÆµ for Business app.
- Let us know if your plans change.
If you need to change your dates or cancel your move, please callÌý1-800-922-0204, and we'll update your account - Pack up the ɧ»¢ÊÓÆµ Equipment and accessories.
When you're ready to move, pack up the ɧ»¢ÊÓÆµ equipment. Don't forget the power adapter, cables and accessories. - Set it back up in your new location
For setup instructions, just select the equipment you have from the list below. If you use your own device, please see the instructions from the manufacturer.
NOTE: Please do not move your Gateway to a new address without discussing it withÌý1-800-922-0204, or it may not work at that location
