Account Maintenance and Management
Create & Manage Subaccounts
If you have Primary or Administrator account access, you can create other subaccounts for your employees. You can also grant a subaccount holder administrative access to view bills or grant bill-pay rights to pay bills online.
Before you begin, remember:
- You’ll submit a request to create a separate user profile for each subaccount, which will include a separate ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ user ID, password and secret question.ÌýÌýAt any time the primary account holder can delete a subaccount's access.
- You will need to provide an email address when creating a subaccount, and we will send a message to that address with instructions on how the subaccount user can create their own user ID and password
- To keep the primary account private and not accessible to other subaccount holders that may use the same computer to log in and access their own ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ subaccount, make sure each subaccount holder exits their account and closes the active browser window
