Anyone on the account who is over age 18 can create a My ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ account. However, each user’s "account role" determines what they can view, buy, and manage:

• Account Owner - Access to all available information for your ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ account.
• Account Manager - Access to all account information, but can't assign Account Managers or change the Account PIN.
• Account Member - Limited access to information about their line of service only.

You can use the My ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ app* when you have these ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ accounts:

• Standard monthly mobile plans.
• Wireless home internet (5G Home, LTE Home**, ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ Home Internet Lite, Wi-Fi Backup).

*The My ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ app is available to customers with mobile, 5G Home Internet, LTE Home Internet, ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ Home Internet Lite, Wi-Fi Backup and/or Fios services (i.e., Fios Home Internet, Fios Home Phone, Fios TV) only. Those with other services (i.e., High Speed Internet (DSL) etc.) can use the My ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ website only.

When installed, the My ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ app has access to many different device functions, including your device's calendar, microphone, storage and more.

Yes. You can change the My ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ app's language setting. Visit My ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ app - update language to Spanish.

Push notifications are notices that pop up on your phone screen and disappear when you acknowledge them. You get push notifications directly from apps on your phone.

You can get push notifications from your My ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ app about ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ offers, rewards, data alerts, bill notices, account sign in and much more. These notifications are in addition to the email and text alerts and notifications you can opt in to through your My ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ .

When push notifications are enabled, you can set up billing, payment and usage push notifications in My ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ.

Here’s 2 ways to find your ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ account number:

• At the top of your monthly paper bill.
• Go to your in My ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ. The account number appears at the top of the page.

To delete My ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ login credentials for one or more lines on your account, contact us. You might need to do this if you want to change which line is registered as the Account Owner.

Once you delete your login credentials, you can't use the My ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ website or app to manage your ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ account. To manage your ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ account using My ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ website or app, you must re-register and create new My ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ credentials.

Important: When you re-register, if you had turned on, you must turn it on again or it won't be enabled. If you don't turn on paper-free billing before your next bill is generated, you lose any Auto Pay and paper-free billing discount you may have for that month and until you turn paper-free billing back on.

Each line on your ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ mobile account is listed by its mobile number. To make your devices easier to recognize, you can give each line a nickname (e.g., "Susan's phone", "John's tablet").

To add or change your device nickname(s), go to the page in My ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ and tap or click Edit device nickname.

Before you begin: You must be the Account Owner or Account Manager to add or change a device name.

No. Assigning a device nickname doesn't change the billing name of your account.

If your My ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ account is locked due to multiple failed sign in attempts, you can reset your password:

1. Go to the page.
2. Follow the prompts to create a new password and sign in.

If you forgot your password for My ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ or need to change your login and security credentials, follow the links below:

A passkey lets you sign in to the My ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ website (not yet available via My ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ app) using your biometric data (fingerprint or facial recognition). A passkey is 2 special digital keys giving you enhanced security.

This is how a passkey works:

• One part of the passkey (the public key) is stored in your profile for My ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ (i.e., with your user ID, encrypted password).
• The other part (the private key) is stored on your device.
  • Your device uses the private key and your biometric information (e.g., fingerprints, facial recognition) for secure sign-in to websites and apps.

You can use either a password or a passkey. But using a passkey offers the strongest protection against phishing attacks.

You can add a passkey through your My ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ website settings (not yet available via My ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ app). See how to add a passkey for detailed instructions.

Removing a passkey involves 2 steps:

1. Delete the public key from My ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ.
   1. You can do that by removing the public key from your online account's .
2. Delete the private key from your device.
   1. Delete the corresponding private key from your device usually found in your password manager.

Reminder: Don't get locked out of your account. Make sure you remember your user ID and password before removing passkeys.

If you use one ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ ID for both your Mobile and Fios accounts, a single passkey will sign you in to both, just like a password. If you use different IDs for your Mobile and Fios accounts, you’ll need different passkeys for each.

All passkeys are compatible with the latest operating systems on smartphones, tablets, laptops and desktops:

• Android 9 or later
• Chrome OS 109 or later
• iOS 16 or later
• iPadOS 16 or later
• macOS Ventura 13 or later
• Windows 10 or 11

If your device is lost or stolen, your device still needs to be unlocked for passkey access:

• We recommend using biometrics for the best device security.
• Set up your My ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ account on your replacement device with the same operating system or password manager, and your passkeys will automatically sync.

Good to know: Patterns and PINs can be guessed and are not recommended. Especially if using something predictable, e.g., a "7" pattern, "password" or "1234", etc.

My ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ mobile accounts can remain dormant (i.e., you haven't signed in) for a maximum of 2 years. After that, you'll be locked out and need to contact us.

Exception: If you have Auto Pay set up, your My ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ account isn't considered dormant even if you don't sign in.

If your mobile account is disconnected you can still sign in to My ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ using your account owner User ID. If you don't have or know your User ID you can sign in to My ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ on our page for 6 months after disconnecting your mobile account. You'll need the mobile number, last name on the account and ZIP code.

If you need to pay a bill and your account has been disconnected for more than 6 months, pay it on our page.
